Charter Construction was founded by Frank
Firmani in 1983 with $700, a shop full of tools,
and a dream to build the best buildings possible. Our goal then (as
it is now) was to deliver great craftsmanship and sophisticated project
management while paying close attention to the customer’s requirements.
Over the past two decades, we have continually challenged ourselves
with increasingly larger and more difficult projects. But in a lot
of ways, we have changed very little. We still recognize that success
comes with hard work, sacrifice and a passion to build great buildings.
Charter Construction is growing and thriving under Firmani’s
leadership. He is joined by long-time Charter employee, Peter
Saladino,
who became vice-president and minority partner in 2000 and was named
full partner with Firmani in 2005. |
