Equinox, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use condominium building, will consist of three different interconnected structures with three levels of underground parking. Located along Seattle's bustling Eastlake Avenue, the building is designed to take in expansive views of Lake Union, the Space Needle and downtown Seattle.
The 204 residential units will feature large windows, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors and high-end appliances. With an exterior clad in brick, architectural metal and lap siding, the building will be surrounded by a 9,600 square foot landscaped courtyard. Other building amenities include a rooftop terrace, a glass enclosed lobby, and a fitness center.
Charter began construction of Equinox with the excavation of the site and the cut and export of over 50,000 cubic yards of fill dirt. Once excavation is complete, crews will install a pile shoring and lagging system.
