Charter performed a top-to-bottom renovation of this 13 building condominium complex to repair significant damage from water intrusion.
Work on the 28-unit Mill Creek Court complex involved complete exterior envelope repair, including new vinyl siding, siding underlayment, penetration wraps and flashings. Charter also performed structural upgrades including shear wall nailing, LPT5 wall to floor connectors and roof to wall connections. Crews examined each building for adequate anchor bolt connections to the foundations and also completely replaced the existing roof with a new 40-year roofing system.
