Located on Lake Sammamish in Issaquah, WA, Montere Condominiums requires an extensive waterproofing system due to heavy water intrusion and rot. Crews will remove all siding and install a rainscreen system, apply deck coatings and perform structural repairs. New Hardiplank siding will be installed along with new railings.
The project site is large with eight buildings, resulting in an even larger scope of repairs. Units will remain occupied for the duration of the project. Charter's project manager, superintendent and homeowner liaison will work closely to ensure frequent and thorough communication with homeowners.
