This 39 unit condominium complex in Everett, WA has been plagued by excessive water damage. Extremely poor site drainage has led to water intrusion though interior concrete slabs. Charter crews face an added challenge in repairing the slabs as homeowners will remain in their units for the duration of the construction project. Additional repairs will include site drainage remediation, roofing repairs and complete siding removal on all buildings and upgrade to a Hardiplank product. Charter will work closely with the homeowners' association and architect to ensure that the aesthetic look of the buildings is maintained.
Work will be performed within a very tight timeframe making communication critical among all parties involved. Charter's homeowner liaison will be the key contact between residents and contractor to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish.
