This project consisted of the remodel and conversion of a 26,000
SF telephone operator facility to a large switching center with general
offices. This involved the demolition of existing finishes, major
electrical modifications to both AC and DC systems, construction
of partitions and raised access flooring throughout, as well as the
installation of a 750KV generator with uninterrupted power source
equipment. The existing HVAC system was extensively modified including
the addition of an 80 ton chiller unit.
