Owner: Belshaw Brothers
Architect: George Lucker
Completion: April 1987
In an industry
where precision is of utmost importance, Charter’s
exacting construction methods and close attention to detail made
this project a success.
This job for an automated food services equipment company required
construction to extremely close tolerances. Coupled with a tight
budget and an aggressive schedule, Charter met the challenge with
success, resulting in timely completion within a demanding and tight
time frame.
The project consisted of a 27,000 SF manufacturing facility with
a CMU and steel frame with a heavy timber mezzanine and lumber subroof
system.
