The three building Chinook Manor condominium complex in Seatac, WA underwent an extensive siding upgrade to repair damage caused by years of water intrusion. Despite an extremely tight budget, Charter crews stripped the buildings’ dated siding and installed new hardiplank on all buildings and garages. Decks were updated with new coatings and railings and new vinyl windows were installed.
Charter teamed closely with the homeowners’ association from financing to finish. The project team worked with the HOA members in helping them to obtain a loan, and then worked to craft a realistic budget while still maintaining the architect’s requirements.
