Charter took the remodel of this high-end, 4,400 SF home from conceptual drawings to substantial completion in only nine months.

Space constraints meant a 21-ft. beam to facilitate the opening of a semi-daylight basement had to be barged in. Nearly 150 cubic yards of dirt were excavated to allow for the new home’s patio.

The logistical challenges only serve to underscore the high-end architectural details featured throughout the residence. Cutting-edge, modern designs coupled with exacting craftsmanship make this home an example of Pacific Northwest class. The remodel features wall-to-wall vertical grain fir cabinets, new veneered stone fireplaces and custom hardwood flooring. Exterior features included new exterior deck with pedestal set pavers, new paint, custom aluminum glass railing and custom metal roof.
