Driving rain and storms with winds reaching 70 mph were a regular winter occurrence at the Fairway Lane Townhomes jobsite in Snoqualmie , WA . The Homeowners' Association contracted Charter to work through the site's extreme weather conditions to renovate 48 town homes. Charter's project team completely removed and replaced all siding, installed new windows, roofs and aluminum railings. Crews also performed extensive structural upgrades and framing repairs.
Roofs had been prone to blowing off in high winds, as a result, Charter expedited the re-roofing work to take advantage of the summer months and avoid any possible catastrophes for homeowners over the winter. The homes remained occupied throughout the construction process, giving Charter a chance to prove its commitment to do “whatever it takes” to make the process as smooth as possible for the homeowners.
