The Glendale Country Club in Bellevue, WA, requires substantial repairs due to water damage at structural beams and posts. Phase 1 of the repair will focus on the roof; crews will replace the existing wood shake with a metal roof, and reframe new entries with a green roof.  Phase 2 repairs will include rebuilding the pro shop; parts of the existing slab on grade and footings will be re-used, a new, green roof will be installed, as well as new trellises, concrete stairs and hardscape.

Working within a tight budget and short schedule, the project team faces significant challenges, including performing all repairs while the business remains in full operation.  Frequent communication with the owners and architect as well as effective management of the schedule will be critical to the success of the project.
