The interior renovation of Imperium Renewables’ office space matches the mindset of the company: environmentally friendly.
The biodiesel technology development firm’s renovation included 20,000 SF of interior demolition and build-out, resulting in 12 rooms and steel frame/sliding glass walls. Sustainable innovations include paper-stone countertops. steel skinned floors and metal stub pivoting doors.
The three-month project followed a fast-track schedule, with Charter crews hoisting steel in through the building’s windows.
