Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, this 2,600 SF finely detailed condominium was built from raw space in the Millennium Tower; one of the city's newer high-rises. This modern design, two-bedroom residence has an open-spaced flair featuring Brazilian cherry flooring, furniture quality maple and cherry cabinetry, blackened steel paneling and Basaltina stonework.
Despite inherent complications that come with working in a downtown high-rise, Charter kept the project on-track under a tight schedule. The build-out was completed in May 2006.
