Charter juggled numerous challenges to complete this fast-track
warehouse project.
The job required precise construction of very flat floors to accommodate
fast forklift operation, and the complex foundation system called
for four-dozen 45-foot-deep auger cast pilings with extensive grade
beams.
Excavation and underground utility work was completed under a tight
schedule to allow time for construction of the complex foundation.
Crews had just 85 days to build this 18,000 SF distribution center,
but successfully finished the job ahead of schedule.
