Construction of the NJE Trust residence on the eastern shore of Lake Washington involved more than high-end craftsmanship.
Designed by Sullivan Conard Architects, the Georgian-style home features extensive mouldings and casework, true divided light double hung windows, real stone veneer facades, shingle siding and cedar shake roofing.
Requiring meticulous attention to detail, the homes interior, consisted of 2 and 3 piece base, a 2 piece window and door molding, chair rail, fireplace surrounds and a 3 piece crown build up. Exterior trim consisted of a 3 piece crown and gutter system with intermittent dental blocks, all integrated into the cedar shingle and stone exterior. All trim pieces were milled in house by Charter’s experienced team of finish carpenters, where all cuts and joints seamlessly flow throughout the home’s interior.
