Located near the SeaTac Airport, this 30 year old complex required significant repairs due to years of water damage. All siding was removed and replaced; dry rot and structural damages were repaired as needed; new deck coatings and railings were installed with proper flashings integrated to impede further water penetration; and site drainage conditions were improved to prevent flooding into lower level units.
The windows in the complex had recently been upgraded to aid in noise reduction. Recognizing that the budget was tight, Charter was able to do the necessary repairs around the existing windows in order to save the owner money.
Charter was involved with the project long before construction began through financing, design and pre-construction services. Its project team worked closely with the owner and architect to deliver a well executed renovation performed professionally and with exceptional service.
