Charter's repair of minor leaks and water damage at this 16-building, 62-unit condominium complex in Renton saved the project from major repairs down the road.
Crews stripped the existing façade and replaced it with new vinyl siding. Additional repairs included new windows and deck coatings.
Residents were able to remain in their units while Charter completed the repairs. Crews worked around potentially disruptive deck landing repairs on the upper level by coating just half of the landings at a time and using an accelerant to hasten drying time.
The project was completed on time and under budget, despite an especially wet and cold winter that threatened to interfere with the schedule.
