Project Overview

This mixed-use building in Seattle, WA will include three levels of residential apartment units located above one ground level of retail/commercial with two and a half levels of below grade parking.  The parking and commercial levels will be post tensioned decks; the apartments will be wood framed.

With minimal area for staging materials and the need to close streets at times to operate equipment, one of the main project challenges will be to minimize the disruption to nearby residents.  Charter will work do its best to work efficiently with subcontractors and crews to finish the job successfully in the 14 month construction timeline.
