Extensive high-end finishes and inventive solutions to challenging issues set this residential construction project apart from most. The fast-track job features numerous modern designs requiring extreme attention to detail. Some elements include an exposed steel and glass staircase, a bio-swale stormwater retention system, finished floor topping slabs and an all-aluminum rain screen system.
Charter helped move the accelerated schedule forward by offering a number of time- and money-saving alternatives to the owner while retaining the architect’s original intent.
