Located on the shore of Lake Washington in beautiful Madison Park, Turtle Cove is an impressive, newly-built residence. With Palladian influence. Turtle Cove incorporates many complex design and engineering technologies such as geothermal heating and cooling systems and photovoltaic systems to supplement energy usage.
The exterior construction features a cast-in-place architectural concrete shell with custom wood doors and windows. The landscaping includes several species of ivy which will eventually cover the home. The home includes Wilkeson sandstone and an impressive drive court, both of which add to the home’s historic influence.
High-end interior finishes include French oak flooring and a custom, cast in place spiral staircase with Portuguese limestone. Beautiful custom millwork and finish carpentry by Charter’s experienced team are featured throughout the home.
Many of the materials removed from the project site have been reused in other parts of the home. Timbers logged off of the project site were milled and later incorporated into the cabana. The outdoor space also includes an shower, three fireplaces, spa and pool, all with a fantastic view of the lake.
Charter’s professional and experienced residential project team consistently provided solutions to challenges and worked diligently to achieve the client’s vision.
