Charter didn’t let a narrow site and minimal material lay-down space come in the way of crafting an exclusive Lake Washington mansion that exceeded the design requirements of both the architect and the owner.

A shuttle bus was brought in to transport workers from off-site parking, and a highly coordinated material delivery schedule was implemented to offset the tight and narrow site. With logistical issues under control, Charter crews focused on the architectural details of this custom residence.

The Georgian-style home’s exterior features an array of custom casework and moldings. The site also includes an auto court, sport court and stone terrace with a swimming pool.
