Charter performed targeted vinyl siding and deck repairs at this multi-use condominium complex located in Seattle, WA. Crews removed and reinstalled siding at windows and sliding glass doors to properly install flashings and tie into the weather resistive barrier on all five stories.

Charter’s solution to access the building using boson chairs and swing stage allowed the commercial spaces below to remain open and unobstructed during the entire repair process. With safety and security of the tight, in-city site a primary concern to homeowners, Charter kept access through units to a minimum.

With a skilled remediation team in force, Charter completed the project on schedule and under budget.
