The Alana Residence encompasses 4000 sq. ft. of exposed structural steel, architectural concrete and glass walls.  A large stainless steel bank vault entry door and two motorized pivoting doors welcome guests into an open floor plan with solar heating and radiant floors.

Steel stairs cantilevered out of a concrete wall with lighted steel grab rails, an impressive theater room, and a 12 ft privacy wall that runs over 100 feet and extends through the house are only a few of the remarkable features that adorn this home.

Charter crews faced significant challenges over the course of the project including surviving a mudslide; working on a steep slope with limited accessibility; and maneuvering construction vehicles through the steep and narrow, winding road to the jobsite.

Charter worked closely with the architect and owner to build a uniquely beautiful home.  With a talented field crew and efficient project management, the project was completed successfully and within budget.
