Arbor Station Building Envelope Rehabilitation

Arbor Station is a community of townhomes located in Beaverton, OR.  The complex consists of 60 residential buildings and a community building.  Home styles vary and include brownstones, craftsman and cottages, with 291 total units.

The primary area of concern is the lack of or insufficient waterproofing at balcony decks, roof, windows and doors.  Repairs will include the removal and replacement of siding at targeted areas, removal and reinstallation of windows and sliding glass doors, installation of waterproofing at balcony decks, and integration of diverter and saddle flashing at roof to wall tie-ins.

Due to the tight 12 month schedule, crews will be working on 6 buildings at a time.
