The Brix Condominiums

Charter Construction was hired to bring this mixed use condominium building back on track. Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Brix features 141 residential condominiums and 7,700 SF of retail with underground parking.

With construction costs soaring and the original general contractor unable to provide capable manpower and project management, Charter Construction stepped in. Charter’s skilled management team redeveloped the project’s schedule and costs to ensure the project was completed the way the client had originally envisioned it.
