Cedar Park Condominiums

The Redmond condominium complex required a selective strip and reclad of Hardie siding at 11 buildings, totaling 70 units.  Additional repairs included the reconstruction of decks, entry landings and stairs; removal, reinstallation and addition of new railings; new downspouts; and the installation of roof flashing.

Structural repairs at the deck and entry landing columns were not included in the initial scope of repairs; however, when massive structural and dry rot issues were identified, the work had to be included into the schedule.  The original siding scope was amended to allow for the structural portion to fit within the owner’s budget.  Several months of working closely with engineering and architectural teams led to a finalized scope, design and budget.
