When permit delays pinched Chestnut Hill Academy’s already-tight schedule, few thought it possible for the new learning facility to open to students as scheduled. Charter knew it could be done, and employed crews seven days a week to ensure that the new school was ready for students to begin classes.
The project required both site preparation and construction of a private elementary school with associated playgrounds and parking area. As part of the civil work, Charter constructed a 90 ft. by 40 ft. by 8 ft. cast-in-place concrete storm water retention vault.
Charter’s creative problem solving and streamline project management skills helped ensure that the school was completed on budget in less than four months.
It is rare to see such commitment and drive on a project as challenging as this. Your project management skills are impressive. I would like to thank you for meeting one of the toughest budgets and schedules we have had to deal with. Your cooperation and creative problem solving have made it all possible.
