Courtyard at Queen Anne, a 75-unit, four story building, underwent complete demolition of its existing stucco and brick masonry siding.  All windows, doors, decks, exterior facade and roof were replaced.  

A team approach between Charter's on-site superintendent, project manager, homeowner liaison and architect helped guide this complex construction defect repair project towards success.

Limited owner resources, an extremely confined job site and a fast-track schedule were a few of the challenges Charter Construction successfully managed during the project.  

Additional scope included the removal and replacement of existing site landscaping and project site drainage improvements.  Special care was taken to remove the existing landscaping and reuse it once construction was complete.
