The complexities of building a family golf complex atop an old landfill didn’t keep Charter construction from delivering a first-class facility within an aggressive, five-month timeframe.
The two-story driving range included an attached clubhouse with offices, maintenance shop, snack bar and a substantial retail area. Before construction could begin, Charter had to replace the existing soil with structural fill. Then, crews installed a complex methane extraction system that had to remain in operation during the entire construction process.
Charter turned a complicated project with potential for significant cost overruns into a successful venture that satisfied the owner’s budget and schedule.
Charter Construction was a real find. As a developer running multiple projects throughout the U.S., it’s difficult to find quality contractors that take your interests to heart.
