When an onsite forensic investigation for water intrusion at the Junction Tower Condominiums revealed the need for additional work, Charter stepped up to the plate and incorporated the changes without an increase in general costs.
Crews demolished the building’s exterior stucco siding and also performed extensive framing repairs.
The condominium remained occupied while repairs were made, and crews took special care to minimize disruption to the homeowners. Limited site access required unique staging methods and carefully monitored material deliveries.
