Market Court Condominiums

The windows and stucco cladding system is failing at this Belltown condominium building in Seattle.  Crews will remove all stucco, windows, deck coating and railings.  A Parex stucco system on top of a Knightwall rainscreen, aluminum windows and code compliant deck railings will be installed.

Located in a tight downtown site on Western Avenue, half of the project has only a narrow access corridor between neighboring properties in which to move material and manpower.  Heavy triple paned windows will require a material lift to get them up the scaffolding.
