Charter crews completed an envelope remediation project at Maxwell Place, a 21-unit condominium complex in Redmond, WA.  The original siding was stripped and replaced with Hardie.  All windows and sliding glass doors were replaced with fully integrated waterproofing materials.  Deck railings were replaced and new waterproof deck coatings installed.  The flat roof deck was stripped and reinstalled with new coatings, pavers on pedestals and new railings.

Interior structural upgrades were necessary.  Designated walls were stripped to the studs in order to perform the repairs.  As all units were occupied, the work required a large amount of interior protection and frequent coordination with residents.  The Charter project team worked effectively with the architect, engineer, and HOA to complete the project within the 5 month schedule.

The crew routinely went above and beyond the call to ensure that the project was completed ahead of schedule and held to the highest standards.
