Selipsky Residence

Charter crews will demolish a single family residence in Seattle and construct a new, 6500 square foot home.  The fast pace, 12 month schedule will require effective collaboration among Charter, the design team and owners. 

The finishing details for trim, casing and moldings will require a high-level of carpentry skill to execute – a welcome challenge for Charter’s experienced craftsmen.  Located on the shore of Lake Washington, the foundation is slightly lower than the Lake.  A complex drainage system and temporary dewatering setup will be necessary. The foundation is set against the property line, requiring 24” auger cast piles.
