Site 17 Condominiums

Charter was hired to perform a full building envelope rehabilitation at the Site 17 Condominiums in downtown Seattle, WA.  The 130 unit complex will undergo a strip and reclad of siding and installation of new windows, roofs and decks.  Both buildings are mixed use; one seven stories and the other eight stories. Located in Belltown, there is very little room for material lay down or equipment.  The safety of workers, residents, pedestrians and traffic will be on the forefront as the team plans the most efficient use of space and time to complete the project.
