The 11 building, 49-unit, 102,000 sq. ft. condominium complex located in Beaverton, OR underwent a full strip and reclad of vinyl siding as a result of severe water intrusion.  Selective roofs were replaced, new traffic coatings were installed at decks and attics were treated for microbial growth where necessary.

Charter’s project team performed value engineering at the pre-construction phase in order to fall within the owners’ budget.  With all units occupied for the duration of work, residents were kept well- informed of all scheduled repairs.  Despite working through one of the worst winters in Portland’s history, crews worked diligently to protect the buildings from the snow and rain and completed the project only one week later than scheduled.  Charter came in under budget and was able to give money back to the HOA.

We expected an efficient, experienced, and highly qualified team. Everyone exceeded those expectations. It’s an experience none of us wants to go through again, but if anyone could make the endeavor as painless as possible, it was Charter.
