Washington Park Condominiums

Washington Park Condominiums is a 10-story, 38 unit, concrete framed structure in Portland, OR.  Over 40 years old, many of the building materials had reached the end of their useful life.  The building envelope was missing the necessary flashings to make it water tight, resulting in dry rot and structural damage.

Crews replaced windows, sliding glass doors, damaged wall and garage ceiling insulation, installed new Synergy (stucco board) and metal cladding, and replaced the metal roof coping.

Due to the long lead time for windows and a very tight schedule, careful planning was required.  Much of the work took place during the winter months, and the building remained occupied throughout construction.
