When Charter crews investigated, they discovered a significant amount of rot, requiring repair before the renovation could continue. Charter shifted gears and reworked the schedule to ensure students would be able to occupy the building by the time the school year started.
After crews repaired the decay, they remodeled the living quarters on the upper two floors, including installation of new closets built by Charter’s in-house carpenters. The swimming pool was filled in, new bathrooms added and a lounge and bar constructed.
Every Charter employee I have come in contact with has bent over backwards in support of our goals and displayed a high level of professionalism.
