937 Condominiums
Charter Construction responded to a sprinkler line flood at 937 Condominiums just days before Christmas. During a sprinkler test, the line in the Penthouse units on the 15th and 16th floors flooded 5 of these luxury units. Charter oversaw pack out of the high end contents and protected finishes that had not been damaged. We removed and replaced flooring and cabinets, then drywalled and painted. Protections of a unique, $50K entry way with LED lighting and keeping a wine cellar operational were both very important to the homeowners. Homeowners were able to return to their homes on a fairly tight schedule despite numerous unique finish selections and the scale of the project.
