Serana Condominiums
Located in the heart of Seattle’s lower Queen Anne neighborhood, Serana Condominiums is a four-story, stucco and brick clad residential community that was built in 1999. The 34 unit building remained occupied while Charter’s construction crews demolished the existing siding and replace with new, Hardie Reveal Panel siding, giving the building a new more modern look.
Project scope also includes replacing the roof and removing and reinstalling the existing windows with new, high-efficiency vinyl units. A substantial amount of dryrot from years of water intrusion was found throughout the building. To ensure the needs of the project were met, Charter’s project management team worked closely with the HOA board and project architects to design a budget that met the requirements of the project scope while delivering a much needed facelift to the existing building.
