The Pointe at First Hill Condominiums

Originally built in 1989 as a hotel in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, The Pointe at First Hill was later converted to condominiums. Over time, the buildings required significant envelope repairs.  Crews worked through a fast-paced 5 month schedule to demolish the existing stucco siding and repair the extensive dry rot throughout the multi-building property.

The Pointe at First Hill sits on a tight inner city site and required careful coordination of the project’s crew and materials. Crews demolished the existing stucco, replaced it with new Hardie siding. Additional scope included the replacement of all windows, new roofs and extensive waterproofing upgrades to the courtyard.
