Summary of Qualifications

Finnegan Wetterau’s involvement in the construction industry spans 20 years and encompasses a wide range of field and management experience. Beginning as a residential remodeler, he has since moved through the ranks to project manager with a particular focus on construction defect repair. At Charter Construction, Wetterau offers a balanced skill set and a perspective which enables him to interface well with clients, design teams and craft workers.

Selected Projects

• Ward Place Condominiums - Complete strip and reclad of original siding in four building complex, installed new rain screen system as efficiently as possible to limit tenant disruptions.  Each building was unique, making each phase inconsistent from the other while working on an intricate job site and maintaining strict deadlines 

• Kingsgate Condomiums - After a sinkhole developed below the building which caused the foundation to become not level, crews demolished the existing concrete slab and installed shoring and pin piles; jacks were used to re-level the building as well.  Crews then poured new grade beams and slabs to reform the foundation and restored the original finishes
  
  
• Neubauer Bulkhead - Removed existing collapsed wood bulkhead and replaced it withconcrete while protecting existing home from tidal and storm surges; orchestrated extensive coordination of various government agencies and subcontractors

• Fairfield Green Condominiums - Consisted of a complete re-plumb of a 59-unit occupied residential property.  The project included extensive masking to protect the finishes while crews removed drywall and insulation; all existing plumbing was removed and replaced in an efficient manner allowing Charter crews to ensure hot water for all tenants each night
