Selected Projects
- Feldman-Wagner Garage - Located in West Seattle, this waterfront property required the demolition and replacement of a garage that had been badly damaged by a fallen tree.
- Meadow Lane –Superintendent on this complete remodel of a 90 year old guest house in Mercer Island. Managed a crew of 2-4 guys; major scope of work involved gutting the entire structure, replacing 2/3 of the foundation while supporting the structure above, leveling the house and re-framing all the walls.
- Beach Drive –Superintendent on this project which involved demolishing what was left of a garage and rebuilding it. Challenges included working on a busy, arterial street with the garage just off the sidewalk, leaving little room to work and store materials and constructing the garage on a steep slope which involved placement of approximately 2 dozen helical anchors.
- One Pacific Tower –Superintendant on this remodel of the penthouse unit in One Pacific Tower, in downtown Seattle. Job required extensive protection of existing finishes that were remaining and sectioning off work areas as owners were living in unit during the remodel. Extensive communication and coordination were required with building management and neighbors to guide this project smoothly through.
- Residential Service Team – Currently leading Charter’s Residential Team, responsible for all phases of small jobs from estimating to implementation to completion.
