Aleksey Kuzmenko's passion for construction is underscored by his academic accomplishments. He has augmented a year of on-the-job experience with continuing college courses towards an A.A.S. degree in Building Construction Management. He is experienced in interior finish work and construction estimating for both residential and commercial projects. He has past job experience in bidding as carpenter and project engineer for a subdivision development, as well as a firm knowledge of construction estimating.

Selected Projects 

• Conestoga Middle School – Fast-paced strip and reclad of a 50,000 square foot middle school in Beaverton, OR. Project scope included the removal of existing stucco in a tight three month schedule.
• Creekmont Lane Residence – In charge of scheduling for a two story, 2,500 square foot residence. Residence included custom tile and high-end finishes with a specially engineered septic system. House was completed on time and on budget.
• Linnemann Development Project – In charge of scheduling for interior finish work for a fast-growing development in the Portland area. Completed five houses in a five month period.
