With 12 years in the building trades, Kris Boisoneau has gathered considerable experience as a carpenter and estimator. His background includes involvement in demolition remodels, new construction, high-end homes, construction defect repair, commercial and residential plumbing, and finish carpentry.
At Charter, Boisoneau has worked as finish carpenter and lead carpenter on several commercial and residential jobs, but now leads as a project manager for the construction defect repair team. Previously as a project engineer, Kris compiled subcontractor contracts for estimates and served as an administrator for numerous projects.

- Tobias Residence – Finish carpenter on residential construction project that included high-end finishes and inventive solutions to challenging issues; included exposed steel and glass staircase, a bio-swale stormwater retention system, finished floor topping slabs and an all-aluminum rain screen system
- Garden Court Condos – Project engineer on water intrusion repair to 38,000 SF, 37-unit condominium complex in Seattle 's Capitol Hill neighborhood; included full demolition and rebuild of exterior siding, decks and handrails
- Merlino Residence – Project engineer on water intrusion repair to 10,000 SF high-end residence in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood; work included demolition and replacement of stucco exterior, roof, decks and handrails; coordinated estimates and arranged subcontractor team
