With over 16 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, Kevin Bolden has spent the past 12 years in restoration. As a project manager for multiple projects, he was responsible for overseeing carpenters, scheduling, material inventory/purchase, and estimating. Kevin joins Charter as a project manager for special projects and investigations.

Selected Projects 

• Veronia Flooding – Led the structural drying and water restoration of several commercial and residential homes after the flooding of Veronia, OR in 2007.
• Bend Medical Building – Led the microbial remediation team at a medical building in Bend, OR. The project was completed on schedule and under budget while remaining occupied during construction.
• Portland Area Fire Remediation – Led the restoration of a fire-damaged dental office in Portland, OR.
