Summary of Qualifications

Having spent much of his career in real estate, Brad has also had many opportunities to be involved in the construction trade, responsible for estimating, managing subcontracts, change orders, billing and communicating with owners. Brad understands the fundamentals of construction from years of hands-on work including remodeling, finish work, painting, flooring, roofing, and framing.

As a superintendent and lead water technician for Charter Construction, Brad works closely with clients, field crews and subcontractors. He has responded to countless emergency calls and manages to turn stressful situations into completed projects that exceed owners’ expectations. Brad’s ambition and positive attitude have a motivating effect on his team.

Selected Projects 

  • Equinox Condominiums – 300,000 square foot mixed-use condominium building in Seattle, WA consisting of three different interconnected structures with three levels of underground parking. 204 residential units feature large windows, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors and high-end appliances. With an exterior clad in brick, architectural metal and lap siding, the building is surrounded by a 9,600 square foot landscaped courtyard.
  • Brix Mixed Use –Charter Construction was hired to bring this mixed use condominium building back on track. Located in Seattle’s Capital Hill neighborhood, Brix features 141 residential condominiums and 7,700 SF of retail with underground parking.
Equinox, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use apartment building consists of three different interconnected structures with three levels of underground parking.

Charter Construction was hired to bring this mixed use condominium building back on track.
