Summary of Qualifications

With over 20 years experience in both residential and light commercial construction, Brad Williamson has a well-rounded understanding of all project phases.  He has extensive background in the construction industry, with roles both as a superintendent and as a journey-level carpenter.

Brad uses a hands-on approach to jobsite administration, which adds to his ability to schedule the project, manage manpower and conduct jobsite meetings.  All of this combines to create a better experience not only for the client, but for all parties involved.  His leadership at Charter Construction as a superintendent proves invaluable for each project he's handed.

Professional Accomplishments

  • Completed Construction Management courses through the University of Washington
  • Apprenticed to journey-level carpenter, specializing in residential construction
  • Served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard

Selected Projects

  • Spring Hill Residence - Remodel of existing high-end residence that included a front porch addition, new interior trim and paint, window upgrades, floor refinishing and masonry work.
  • Hill House - Managed the multi-phase renovation of an 11,000 SF, landmark home in Seattle, WA. Project scope included the installation of a wine cellar, media room, cantilevered staircase, and a complete rework of the home’s infrastructure.
This project, located 20 feet from a very steep bluff, included construction of a 6,000 SF mansion, a 2,000 SF garage with a caretaker’s apartment, a pool and spa and formal gardens.
The Hill House, located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, is a renovated 1920s house that was completed in three phases.
