of Qualifications
As Charter’s homeowner liaison for construction defects repair projects,
Whitney Bear Bradsher is the vital link between contractor and owner. With
more than 15 years of experience in commercial facilities and residential property
management, Bradsher is familiar with the concerns of homeowners and knows
how to address those concerns. Her background has provided her a solid base
for understanding and working with the project development process. Professional Accomplishments
- Worked as facilities director on a variety building upgrades and renovations
at Seattle Athletic Club Northgate; helped coordinate space conversions,
HVAC system upgrades and other facility improvements during normal operating
hours; focused on individual member needs while keeping the project process
moving forward as planned
- Detail oriented and conscientious; cares about
customers and helping them through the construction process
Selected Projects
- Ashford Park Condominiums – served as liaison between homeowners
and builders during complete exterior envelope replacement at 33-building
complex; scheduled and conducted appointments with all homeowners to view
unit interiors and document all required repairs
- Sunset Park South Condominiums – led project team in preparation
of homeowners for extensive re-siding and re-roofing of condominium complex;
produced weekly web page of project detail updates; remained available to
homeowners 24 hours a day, seven days a week for duration of the project
- Pegasus
Court Condominiums – project Liaison for 36-unit condo with commercial
space. The
work included building envelope replacement, seismic repairs, site work & drainage
improvements. Particular
challenges included coordinating with residents to move out of portions of
their homes during shearwall repairs inside of units.
- 3rd Avenue Plaza Condominiums – liaison for a condominium with residential
units and commercial office space - the project involved extensive deck repairs,
window replacement, and building envelope repairs to brick, stucco and EIFS
cladding.
