Broc Hendershott
Summary of Qualifications
Having gained strong management skills in previous positions, Broc has proven himself to be a leader capable of accomplishing the tasks at hand. Starting as a successful commercial real estate agent out of college, he then moved into the construction industry and managed field operations for a residential builder. Broc was an onsite superintendent for a commercial general contractor and a general manager for an installation company where he was responsible for bidding and acquiring jobs, managing material suppliers and job profitability and supervising installation crews.
Broc landed as a Project Manager for Charter's CDR team, working with owners, architects, engineers, and a multitude of subcontractors to push multi-family remediation projects through to successful completion. Broc holds a BA in Russian and a MS in Engineering.
Selected Projects
- Heatherwood Condominiums –16 building, 92-unit complex located in Auburn, WA. Project scope included complete strip and reclad of vinyl siding, removed and replaced windows, sliding glass doors, deck repairs and structural upgrades.
- Citiscape Condominiums – Five stories high, this 60-unit building located in Seattle along Highway 99, required a complete strip and reclad of existing siding and stucco. Crews replaced the cladding with a mix of Hardie and metal. Project scope included new windows and sliding glass doors, adding new waterproof deck coatings to all private decks and replacing all stair treads.
- Miscellaneous Commercial – Solicited and managed bids from subcontractors on multi-million dollar construction projects.
- Office Mixed Use – Managed the construction of a 118,000 sf office condo project, including shell and TI construction.
