David Cameron’s success on several challenging construction defect repair jobs was the driving force behind his rapid ascent from laborer to project manager at Charter Construction.
His expertise in CDR stems from more than 15 years in the construction industry, which he has honed while at Charter. This experience, coupled with his continuing education in defect analysis, estimating, bidding and project management has resulted in David becoming a successful team leader with an innate knowledge of the job at hand.

Selected Projects
- Windward Passage - Three phase construction defect repair project located in Long Beach, WA. The building underwent extensive rot repairs including a new sloped roof, elevator shaft and new siding. Crews battled severe weather, including winds that reached 114 mph, but the project was completed on time
- Courtyard at Queen Anne - Four story, 75 unit condominium building that underwent complete demolition of its existing stucco and brick masonry siding. All windows, doors, decks and the exterior facade and roof were replaced.
- Ashford Park - Despite extreme weather conditions, Charter beat the fast paced 8-month construction schedule to bring this 33 building, 101 unit condominium recladding project to completion while working on a tight budget
- One Central Park - Complete strip and reclad of a 99 unit condominium complex in Bellevue, WA. The buildings required extensive decay repair with new weather resistant barriers and flashings. All windows and sliding glass doors were replaced and over half of the decks required replacement
- Marine Vista Condominiums - Complete stucco envelope repair on 12 unit condominium complex. Finished job within original schedule despite a growing scope of work during construction. Facilitated full reimbursement to homeowners following the job’s completion
